This bundle includes a sample requisition and a chart identifying the tubes required for nearly 130 commonly ordered lab tests with CPT codes. Instructors simply check the tests they want their students to draw in the classroom and allow them to cross-reference the required tubes listed in the Requisition Cheat Sheet.  Putting this chart in the hands of your students during their classroom draws simulates a process similar to that which they'll have to follow in their clinicals and eventual employment.
